Broken link in `qiime diversity alpha` parameter description. #349

In the help text for the --p-metric parameter to qiime diversity alpha the link "https://data.qiime2.org/a_diversity_metrics" which redirects to "http://scikit-bio.org/docs/latest/generated/skbio.diversity.alpha" 404s:
