ENH: `heatmap`: accept precomputed distance matrix #318

Comments so users can provide their own clustering for samples (e.g., based on UniFrac distance) and features (not sure this is possible; a way to provide their own phylogeny would be awesome but looks like this is not possible with seaborn.clustermap)

transferring this back to feature-table, since we're planning to keep that heatmap separate for the time being
