When user tries to look for ratings and reviews against a project, then a login icon is displayed near rating field incorrectly.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse through projects listed. Click on one of the projects. This 
particular one clicked was a closed project.
2. User tries to view the review/rating against the project bidders. 
3.Next to the rating/review there is a small icon displayed incorrectly. If 
user clicks on this icon he is displayed login screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no need for a login screen here.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

chrome 30 , windows 8
