Email_extra info being sent

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Post a project
2.Check email

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Email text has extra 'and location' after the other entered skill set.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8
Chrome

make location a url of the area
Example 
It will show the location that the user has specified on job.

Please give a example. If user select his location "Australia" then what would 
the location url?

can you make the location a url of that location, so that it points to that 
location in tradiechoice

At the moment i see,  location Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
