<canvas> should show fallback [M302566] #192

This duplicates Firefox 12 behaviour and is considered correct. We should be 
able to use their code in overall scope, but need to hook it up to our built-in 
NoScript/caps.

Let's be more accurate, since we don't really support <canvas> anyway.
