The organogram mapping out file and instrument management by PSICT is not showing up on the Github repo page in the README rendering. It does render correctly in the actual pdf when compiled with rst2pdf.
I suspect this is due to the pdf format of the image and/or the rst rendering engine. We should probably switch to markdown as it seems to be a lot more friendly to web rendering engines.
