Footnotes #143

A request to be able to add footnotes to wiki pages. I have no idea what
"regular" wiki syntax for footnotes are, but I am not really phased about what
it looks like, as long as the functionality is there. :-) It could be BB code
style ([fn]My footnote.[/fn]) or something more cryptic (like @@My footnote.@@).

The footnote markers will link internally to where the footnotes are displayed.
From there one can link back to where the footnote occurred in the page. The
footnotes can be displayed in a div which the user can place using a
placeholder:

%footnotes [title]
or
%fn [title]

where "title" is an optional title for the div, e.g. if the user wants
"Endnotes" instead of "Footnotes".
