Couple enhancement ideas for show pages/adding shows
a) Make a way to add support acts/other bands on the bill
b) Have an option to put TBD for "ages" and "price" when info isn't available yet
b) Have the "future" shows rendered with show/venue info, twitter/FB, website, other bands until it's past date then they revert to the Setlist pages
ie: http://aqueousband.com/shows/2015-11-14 would have all the venue/show info until the show happens (or maybe we can keep the show info and just push the setlist lower to maintain history on who they played with, whatever is easier)
