I need a more complete log. Please attach your Lawena log file here (as a .txt) or paste it into http://hastebin.com/

File is located in the lawena folder and it's called lawena.0.0.log

Lawena does not close TF2 by its own unless you press "Stop". It seems that your game is crashing on launch. If it happens only with Lawena, could you try to enable console output to file to see if we get some engine error or something:

Another suggestion would be to disable the graphics config temporarily, by renaming the lawena/cfg/recording.cfg file to something else.

Well after typing -condebug in there tf2 completly doesnt open so you basicly borke it :(. It says "Files not replaced due to backup folders still present"

That's unrelated. It means you have your files in tf/lwrtcfg and tf/lwrtcustom folders. It happens when Lawena couldn't restore/clean up your files after TF2 closes.

Try manually restoring those. Lawena swaps cfg with lwrtcfg and custom with lwrtcustom. Your files should be in the lwrt folders, check them out.

And the -condebug can be removed afterwards. It doesn't affect your ability to run the game, it just provides information you can't see if it crashes.
