Renders the newly added dot graph for a given sharkdown file. This places a "system" dependency on dot.

(No dynamic JS dependencies)

cc @mdales for the small changes made to dotrenderer to (a) work with arbitrary formatters and (b) render to a string from a given template_markdown file (see https://github.com/quantifyearth/shark/pull/4/files#diff-aacc210295580134d6ca10551543dafd438f5776c45792b25c5d41dae11f7475)
