StatSTEM does not work for me #28

Hello,

I am interested in evaluating STEM data with StatSTEM, since we are about to install a new STEM. I downloaded all recent files. I can run the GUI on matlab R2017a and also load the example data or own dm4, but analysis won`t work for me. First problem which arises is when I enter the peak finder routine 1. Then I receive the Function Error "tunePeakFinderPar at line 176 Undefined function "fspecial" for input arguments of type "char". Could somebody help?

It seems like you are missing required matlab toolboxes. You'll need the following add-ons:

distrib_computing_toolbox
image_toolbox
optimization_toolbox
statistics_toolbox

You can install additional toolboxes under the "Apps"-Menu, then "Get more Apps" and find the toolboxes you need:
