.Config selection

Hi, If we could add a menu option to change the config within DOSbox this would 
make things much more easy to use and mobile friendly. For example:

1. I boot up Dosbox
2. Hit menu and say "select pre made config etc"
3. Dosbox pulls up a file manager page to naviagte through and select a config 
that the user has premade to mount and play a specific game with the config 
settings tailored to play that game perfectly
4. Once selected Dosbox restarts and loads using the new config

It would also be handy if Dos box allowed us to rename those configs to 
something like "duke Nuke Em 3D" so the whole process is essentially selecting 
a game to automatically boot. 

The only hard part for users then would be setting the game config file up the 
first time BUT as things become more mainstream people could easily share 
premade made configs etc to boot games no problem

Latest version (v0.2.5) has support for config file load/save.
