Argocd file generated contains "--- null"

Issue

When we try to generate on a quarkus project an Argo CD manifest file, then the file is well generated using the extension but it just contains as wording --- null

Remark: a .git folder exists like an initial commit too

The content of the file will be generated at the condition that the project has been pushed to a git repository (aka git remote). That should be documented !
