ncm-systemd should restore the existing service if the new config fails #1210

ncm-systemd should implement something similar to ncm-network to restore the existing service definition if the attempt to modify it failed (if there was an error during the service configuration). Currently it renames the previous config but left the service unconfigured/disabled if the service configuration fails.

so with failed you mean that daemon-reload fails?
