Update to link styles nested within paragraphs to apply appropriate color contrast (foreground vs background) and style contrast (in regards to surrounding text).
Included is some sass/css refactoring to reduce redundancy.
Also included is changing some measure of units from pixels to ems or rems (and any adjustments that had to happen as a result)
