Newsletter output to pdf not working #346

The code looks for the following html-to-pdf converters, and if they don't exist, throws an error:

/usr/bin/wkhtmltopdf
/usr/local/bin/wkhtmltopdf
/usr/bin/phantomjs

Two things should probably happen:

[ ] Make sure one of the options above are installed on the server.
[ ] Implement a softer landing when no options are installed.
