The data is fetched:

every minute with a timer that fetches balances and transactions
when the user requests to reload the data in the app (pull to refresh)

The data returned by this service is locally stored used to populate:

The list of transfers in the "Transfers" tab
The list of transfers for an account when tapping the action button and "Transfers"

This is blocked by the following external issue https://github.com/qubic/go-archiver/issues/62
