Being a new world or a old one, all blocks seems to be wrong, using lastest mod version (1.1.6), some pictures here:

the issue appears since version 1.0.2 i think(not sure here) latest version that works(without the bug) for sure is 0.9.2

it is very unlikely that with this version it will give you this bug, don't forget to re-enable MixinChunk
