chore: update examples so we can have unique tables per-client #24

Hey @sklarsa,

I missed updating the manifest in the last patch: https://github.com/questdb/net-questdb-client/blob/main/examples.manifest.yaml

Since you know best how that fits in to the Cloud, would you be able to update this as needed to match the examples?

Here and here are where we process the snippets

It looks like the frontend is pulling the ilp-auth-tls snippet for C#, but now that we have HTTP/ILP for this client, we should make an ilp-from-conf example and add it to the manifest.

I just added the basic example as the ilp-from-conf snippet in the manifest
