MediaWiki Magic Words and WikiReference Parser. #173

1) MediaWiki magic words like __TOC__ , __NOTOC__ and {{ --  }} are not
handled in the present implmentation.

2) Few html formatting tags are missing. Delete and Strikethrough.

3) Not Implemented : Media WikiReferenceParser taking various cases into
consideration. Reference : http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Links

4) Image references are not handled. In case of image reference with
parameters, parameters should be added as WikiReference parameters.

I have added a patch which solves above issues with test cases.
