feat: Add RDP forwarding #1380

I confirm this feature has not been previously requested

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Windows features an RDP server, I would like to use that with Windows guests with rdesktop.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like a port to be mapped to 3389 on the guest system.

Describe alternatives you've considered Using Spice or simple SDL output.

I didn't see the port_forwards option.
