local-project-system-files does not follow symlinks #170

I noticed that local-project-system-files does not follow symbolic links at that somewhat foils my vendoring plans. I suspect there is a good reason for that, but can’t think of it myself right now.

On the off-chance that this is an arbitrary limitation, I would like to petition for change. :bowing_man:

I found a solution to this: using a vintage-asdf style farm of symbolic links to the system definition files works.

Note: a good reason for not following symlinks might be to avoid non-halting situations when there are circular symlinks in local-projects.
