Correct group attribute upon export to ETSource #523

Upon exporting an ETLocal dataset to ETSource, it seems that the group attribute is wrongfully overwritten. For example, the dataset for the Vanuatu island of Efate is mistakenly labeled as province rather than vanuatu_province. The group attribute is not part of the data entered in the migration. It therefore seems to be created upon export.

The creation/update of the group attribute should therefore be fixed in the export functionality.
