Fisher broken since latest update #2735

Since the latest update, Fisher timers don't appear to work. Half of the time, it does not detect which zone you are fishing in. All of my historical timers seem to have been wiped clean, too. ACT, overlay, and FFXIV plugins all up to date.

Apologies if this was already announced as a known issue.
