add TILs script for wsinfer and GPU note #86

Add a script made by Pete to run a lymphocyte and tumor model on the same patches. This script can aid in identifying TILs.

This commit also adds a note to the "Requirements" section, stating that a GPU is not required but can massively speed up processing.

Thanks, I added the changes at https://github.com/qupath/qupath-docs/pull/87/commits/edac9c2f99de21d9f70728c0bbba0213978bc198

I embedded the gist instead of copying the code, and targeted the v0.4 branch so that it appears immediately. I also added some more info about what to do after running the script.
