Play Audio before 1st Ayah - Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim before starting any Surah. #237

Option to play Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim audio before 1st ayah playback. This can be a toggle or default feature.

This feature should work except for Surah 9 on which there is no Bismillah at the start.
