Show rowid in table viewer #859

Please add the primary key rowid on the table visualizer. This makes it much 
easier to debug how the data is getting into the tables.

It would be useful to have non-editable field with rowid, I agree. And it 
should be optional, I think.

Seems the most basic aspect of a database table has been omitted/hidden - a 
unique key for each row
