This issue is track work related to data modeling. Now that we are shifting away from Looker (#2), it may make sense to build out some tables similar to a RDBMS. We can think of things like foreign keys (update_date) to see how tables can be connected.

net_worth
east_west_bank_bank_statements
east_west_bank_bank_statements_categorized

discover_credit_card_statements
robinhood_brokerage_modified
robinhood_traditional_ira_modified
east_west_bank_credit_card_statements

May need to remove columns like Latest Portfolio Value as we are no longer using that method.
