Prep for BP Group Email Subscription v3.9.0 #115

BP GES 3.9.0 is going to send group emails asynchronously : https://github.com/boonebgorges/buddypress-group-email-subscription/pull/141

This change will break support for RBE.

Will need to check all RBE extensions that piggyback off of GES and to patch them up.
