buddypress followers plugin error - There has been critical issues on your website #122

The buddypress followers plugin not working. when the follow button is clicked on its gives me this error "There has been a critical error on this website"

please what do i do

delete the plugin manually i believe this plugin is abandon i also think this plugin is being re developed at https://mkmcst.net/mkmcst/groups/wordpress-web-programming/ but not to sure i seen some talk about redeveloping this plugin
