Ensure highlighting works with released pkgdown #119

i.e. what are the consequences of #96, e46cb6660a9f0f5f42d0651089345a92e65010c0, and #78, if I release downlit before pkgdown.

Unless a site has customised the css for styling the examples, the consequences should be very mild. I think the only difference is losing the default plot background, and I can fix that by adding back on the old plot class.
