Dosent connect #7

Hello! i have just bought my cheap macropad but it will not connect to this software? anything i could try?

I have an 8 button one dial board :)

Does your board works with their software supplied? Can you check if your USB is not faulty?

@megamanhxh yes, it works no problem with the software it came with

I'm presuming the Macropad you have could be different VenderId and different ProductId. Based on the layout list, I don't seem to see any layout support what you described (8 buttons, 1 knob). It will be hard to assume and determine the configuration required in layout.txt and config.txt.

Perhaps check your device VendorId and ProductId, and compare it against config.txt and layout.txt

Note that VendorId & ProductId in config.txt is in Decimal, where you can find in Device Manager HardwareId as Hexdecimal.
