Rematch functionality #49

Would be nice to have a rematch button after recording a race has been decided. Have a new room generated with the same entrants (or maybe just entrants that did not DNF).

This is implemented, however there's a bug with rematch rooms that causes the LiveSplit integration to break messily. We need to fix that bug before rematches can be used again.
