Berksfile inconsistency with other stacks #45

The Berksfile now has http entries where the other stacks all use SSH + git. We should explore and standardize.

I'll fix this (since I changed it). @martinb3's argument for ssh being faster (especially for remote folks) and that this is a standard agreed upon by the team trump my need for it. I'll update the code on my end that was geared towards https to also support ssh.
