simulate multi-crystal amplifier with BELLA Center parameters #22

Data from LBNL is required; however, you could set up a 4-crystal configuration, with 3 passes per crystal and reasonable mirror locations to get started.

This is being addressed with a notebook in https://github.com/radiasoft/rslaser-examples/issues/3. Any necessary changes to the code will be handled with a branch here, if/when they come up.

@dtabell -- you have an action item, in support of this issue, to simulate crystals at high peak power (1 Hz), obtain the corresponding n2 values, and communicate them to @k-wolfinger. Please walk @k-wolfinger through the process.

@k-wolfinger -- please document the workflow from FEniCS simulation to rslaser/ parameter specification, as part of this issue, so that we can begin to automate the process.
