BUG FIX: Max value of LUT could not be used.

FIX: Changed border check when applying LUT to slicedata

Change:

lib/lib-pixeldata/lib-pixeldata.
- Change condition from < to <= (for (counter = maximumWWWL; counter <= range; counter++))
