radvd 2.0 make check fails #30

Hi,

radvd 2.0 apparently doesn't distribute all files necessary to perform 'make check' using the source tarball.

Confirmed and fixed. That's a bit of an embarrassing oversight by me.

I pushed a fix to master...once I get issue #29 worked out I'll post a 2.1.
