After having installed both the 2022 image from the official wiki page, as well as the latest 2023 image for Rock 4C+, I've noticed that I can't get any sound output unless I connect a pair of wired headphones or speakers to the 3.5mm audio jack. On the top right in the notification bar, I can see icon for a pair of headphones indicating that I have headphones connected when they aren't.
My Rock 4C+ is connected to an LG SmartTV with HDMI, but because of the issue with the headphone mode being stuck, I can't get HDMI audio output. I'm not good at android programming, but I tried to see if I could resolve the issue with ADB shell and some help from ChatGPT. But sadly no progress there.
I bought two OKDO Rock 4C+ 4GB starter kits, I've tried re-flashing the Android 11 image multiple times, tried using both Rock 4C+ devices, and using different MicroSD-Cards, but the issue is still there. So I doubt that this is a hardware issue.
