add 'default content' for new clubs #19

should include:

pages: "About Us", "History", "Constitution"
small post: "We just created a SkuleClubs site! Check it out."
large post: "?"

(add to this as more features expand)

We need to make sure the default content doesn't go on the digest. Let clubs decide when they are ready to formally announce their new site.

I hadn't thought of that. Perhaps we should add a 'status' to each club... Ex:

live
suspended
hidden
external (not using skuleclubs)

A site would start out as hidden, with all of the default content. The admins could edit the content, but none of it would show on the rest of the site until the admin pressed a 'Launch Site' button.

Update: default pages and small post done. Added live boolean which determines whether the club shows in the directory. Todo: some "under-construction page" to redirect to if club is hidden
