<stringVal>, let it die #105

The <stringVal> element is a hangover from creation of DTDs and such like, and is no longer used anywhere that I can see. In the interests of simpliicity, I suggest that it be removed entirely from the TEI and RIP.

It is referred to in the content model of macroSpec -- are such references no longer processed?
