The <tagUsage> and <rendition> structure allows specifying some default rendering for an element or for some part of an element, such as its first letter or first line, or for what is added before or after an element -- but not a combination of these. You can't, e.g., specify that <emph> is rendered bold (using {font-weight:bold}) with the first letter set in red (using :first-letter {color: red}).
Allowing
@render
