com.mobsandgeeks.saripaar.exception.SaripaarViolationException: 'com.mobsandgeeks.saripaar.rule.NotEmptyRule' should have a single-argument constructor that accepts a 'com.mobsandgeeks.saripaar.annotation.NotEmpty' instance.

This is the issue
