Vibration Intensity #23

This is a suggested new feature. How about adding vibration intensity?

Maybe some of this open source code could be recycled? https://github.com/Grarak/KernelAdiutor or https://github.com/frap129/spectrum

I would be happy to contribute testing and documentation
