Bridge to transform 1.x data to 2.0 schema #99

Since the data being stored currently is not compatible with the new schema, we 
need a way to convert it. 

Set up a client that will connect to the 1.x server, get all of the data, and 
save it to the 2.0 server.

Need to create virtual Sources after other sources (document that multi-level 
virtual source hierarchies need to be created manually).
Provide way to specify which Sources are being converted, and start and end 
date of data being converted.
