Allow search with patterns #1

For research it would be very practical to be able to search

  1. all entries starting with a pattern, e.g. deva.*
  2. all entries ending with a pattern, e.g. .*deva
  3. all entries where the pattern appears somewhere .+deva.+

Additionally, manuscripts or prints are sometimes defective. Typically, this means that 1-2 letters are not readable. To fix these defects, I would like to perform searches like ma.{1,2}p

Hello, I am not competent at finding a fix for your problem. I fixed a couple of things (QT5 migration, and 64 bit pointer issue on macs). The original author cloned the sourgeforge code base to github here: https://github.com/novikovag/SanDic Maybe, you can ask the author there.
