@vazquezjs - I haven't experienced this. Are you working across multiple environments? Is the impersonation getting stuck when you try this incognito as well?
@rajyraman I haven't tried impersonating while incognito - I only tried opening my usual app incognito in Edge and I successfully logged in as myself there, but if I launch Edge as myself, I'm still impersonating the user and can only open the one app he has permission to use. I have used the impersonate several times recently with no issues so I can't imagine why it got stuck this time. I just had an idea to remove the level up extension from Edge so let me try that and I will let you know if it works.
@rajyraman I was able to get back into my usual app by disabling the level up extension. I re-enabled it and now I don't seem to be able to impersonate at all. When I attempt to search for a user to impersonate, it is unresponsive. I need to get some other things done, so I will get back to it later to try completely deleting and re-adding the extension.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior while impersonating a user in Level Up, I hit the reset button, screen refreshes but I am still impersonating the user. I have rebooted and cleared cache but I am still impersonating the user. I have also tried clicking on the impersonated user's initials (KW) in the upper right and choosing sign out, but still when I log back in, I am impersonating him. Until this is resolved, I will use in-private browsing with Edge or switch to Chrome.
