[ ] One tab per tree-view item
[ ] Show selection of the data/report tree-view item upon current tab change
[x] Upon fault tree removal, the diagram tabs should close (don't reopen upon undo)
[x] Close all the report tabs if the report has been deleted

This issue has potential (implementation) conflicts with multi-view, multi-window, split setups (e.g., GIMP-like layout).
