Rename legacy filenames #227

All reasonably supported versions of Raku, due to NativeCall and threading issues, allow the newer filenames. Use them here too.

Any thoughts on renaming .p6 and .pm6 to .raku and .rakumod ?

It would eliminate support before of Rakudo before 2019.12, but there are also NativeCall+threading issues before 2020.02 so it's not really supported anyway.

I can't see a particular problem with doing this. I've changed all my modules and haven't had a single issue raised about it.
