this link works in GE v4.3 and earlier

but in v5 it produces IE error.. looks as if its not translating to hex
properly.. based on error. %255 is null verse %2F = "\"
IE error message "Cannot find
'file:///C:%255Cknsgem%255Ckml%255C2008316160622_c.kml".
Make sure the path or Internet address is correct".
