Mod to replace the windows start menu with the Run module from powertoys #919

Powertoys by default does not allow you to rebind anything to the Windows key so the purpose of this mod would be to fix that. It would also be nice if i press the Windows button on my taskbar the Powertoys Run window pops up.

For now, as an alternative, you might want to try Click on empty taskbar space.
